The “a little” in this formulation suggests the worst and the “much” … Now, we can get out of the positive situation that imposes savings or restrictions.

It is better to say:

    “Given the resources and resources available, we will have to do better with less, so be more creative”

We can also add a call to good wishes and suggestions in stride.
